By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Made to Order Items

All Ashle pieces are handmade to order in Dubai. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, slight variations may occur between pieces. This is part of the uniqueness of each item.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for production before dispatch. Each piece is made specifically for you, and timelines may vary depending on the design. The exact turnaround time will be stated on each product page.

Payments

Full payment is required before production begins. Orders will not be started until payment has been received in full.

Custom Orders

Custom and bespoke requests are final once confirmed. We will always confirm design details before beginning production to ensure clarity.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade and made to order nature of Ashle pieces, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content belong to Ashle and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
